I am a Graphic Communicator and Graduate from the Bath School of Art and Design whose passion has transpired into a love of typography, branding and structured design. I am resilient, hard-working, eager to learn with a positive and friendly attitude. I help create simple, yet significant ideas, turning complicated problems into meaningful solutions; and when I’m not working, you’ll find me outside on my bike, photographing the world as I see it, and exploring new places around the globe.
As long as I can remember I have always had a passion and interest in design, before I realised it was an area which could be pursued as a career. Whether I was applying rules and styles to my work in school or laying my photographs in and order which told a story. Over the past 6 years I have been able to explore this passion for design thoroughly, which has transpired into a love for typography and branding. I regrettably get excited by the finer details of typography, from kerning and manipulating type for a logo, to ensuring body copy is typeset to read eloquently, complimenting other elements on the page.
My background includes agency and freelance design experience, with a history of print, interactive design and digital advertising. I have worked on nationwide and international campaigns for companies including Sainsbury’s, National Grid, Rolls-Royce, Toyota, VUE Cinemas and The House of Commons; as well as collaborating with smaller companies across the South West, and recently publishing my own photographic book, which is currently being prepared for print (drop me a message to find out more..)
